Distinctive Impressions has been created by me, Maxine Hornby, working from my home studio in Hampshire.

I started working with Precious Metal Clay purely as a personal interest. As my work evolved and I realised the potential of capturing and preserving some of the most inspiring textures and impressions in fine silver, I felt the need to share the experience and Distinctive Impressions was born.

     
Working for myself and not being part of a franchise allows me to create unique, bespoke gifts with a sense of individuality.   I design, handcraft, fire and finish every piece myself with integrity and love so you can expect a highly personal and exceptional level of service.  I hope you enjoy my work and please do not hesitate to Contact Me if you would like to discuss the possibility of commissioning your own piece.
